My complimentary upgrade to a triple room was a nice gesture. the climate control, personal safe, and tea/coffee maker in the room were perfect. - the hotel's central location in the middle of Jackson was convenient. - There were several nice restaurants close by, as well as a fitness center.

The room had climate control, a personal safe, and a tea/coffee maker, which was great. the service was helpful, just as we had hoped. - the swimming pool was very clean. - the hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants, the mall, and a fitness center. - Chick-fil-A, a local fast-food option, was just a 15-minute walk away.
